      I purchased this car 4 years ago used and have had no issues whatsoever aside from tire replacement and a small air/heating issue which required replacement of the original blower - a $200 job. It rides so well and is so reliable with the engine of a tank! Takes the highway and tough-paves roadways like a champ! I chose Acura after doing much research and discovering NO REPORTS OF ISSUES!!! Love it, love it, love it! ACURA is reliable, long lasting, well-built, quality good value vehicle that won’t keep you running to the repair shop for problems and issues, a vehicle that does not require prima donna care or constant repair/maintenance work!!!…

      We traded in our 2019 Mazda 3 Premium, which unfortunately had numerous electrical gremlins that the dealership could never fix. We purchased a 2020 ILX with the Tech package. We upgraded to the tech, because my husband is a music junkie and the ELS premium radio is amazing. Blows the doors off the Bose we had in the Mazda, and the Fender we had in our VW prior to the Mazda. Overall, our opinion of this car is very positive. I know the older models had the smaller and less powerful engine, but all the newer ILX's come with the 2.4 liter, with the 8 speed dual clutch. Let me just say this car is quick. I leave a light, and without even trying it pulls away from everyone and leaves them in my rear view mirror. I have never had an issue merging on the freeway, or passing anyone. The transmission is always very fast to respond and shows no hesitation. Much better than our Mazda. Road noise is more noticeable than you may get in some of the cars that others have mentioned, but those cars are also costing $10K-$15K more. You are not going to compare the ride quality of a Hyundai Accent or Chevy Spark, which costs $10k-$15K less to an ILX, so not sure why you would compare an ILX to cars costing that much more. I can compare it to our Mazda whose MSRP was only $200 less than my ILX. The Acura's independent rear wins hands down. Much better ride than Mazda, not really sure why they went to a twist beam solid axle? Interior space is ok, taller people with longer torsos might find it a little cramped on passenger head room, but other than that very comfortable seats, back seat is decent for the class. Trunk is a little small, and a solid fold rear back seat instead of a split is disappointing at this price point. I will say that the dashboard, and some of the tech is starting to look a little dated. This area Mazda blows it out of the water. I also miss having a heads up display. We enjoy the dual screens, allows my husband to have music controls on bottom while map on top. Navigation system is awful and graphics are way subpar for this price point. Last thing is safety tech. Overall has all the safety tech you would want. A lot less intrusive than the Mazda system, and the radar cruise is superior to the very twitchy one on our Mazda3. Which would frequently slam on the brakes if any one pulled in front of you. I also like how easy it is to just switch to regular cruise control on the Acura. I had to go through multiple menus to do this with the Mazda. Which I had to do because it was so overly sensitive and almost got us rear ended twice. With the Acura it is such a better system that I really do not need to turn it off. Overall, we love the car. We miss some of the more premium feel materials of the Mazda, and I liked that I did not have to buy premium fuel, but we are very happy with the purchase, excellent fit and finish of the Acura.…

      Awesome car. Very reliable, well put together and luxurious. Only small complaint is the small fuel tank. Other than that, great luxury commuter. It is slow but that is to be expected so not an issue.…
